Coaching Academy
IETC Workshops require pre-registration. Attendees must pre-register by November 6.

Participants in this workshop will explore coaching strategies to engage, inspire and build community within a school or district. As interactive experiences, participants will engage in activities as their staff members would during professional growth opportunities. Participants will leave with a deep understanding of professional growth and the coaching cycle along with proven research to enhance the development of teachers.

The work we will do together provides real, rubber to the road strategies to incorporate job-embedded opportunities and creative options for strategic and ongoing support. We explore questioning techniques, unique ways to approach brainstorming, building a culture of learning and more through leveraging digital learning tools and research. We approach our time together with high energy but also allows for reflection so that participants can consider and re-imagine coaching opportunities in their own school or district.

Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch is provided.
Cost: $150
